“I initially purchased a refurbished Singer 7280Q Patchwork Machine and a travel bag. A few days after I placed my order, I received an email notification that the machine was on back order. That seemed odd. On the website, the order status showed the backorder; the travel case showed as shipped, but with no carrier information. After a couple of days, I called. I spoke with Vanessa. She told me the machine was on backorder and would probably be available in a couple of weeks. I asked about the travel case and learned items ship together. It was odd to her that the case showed shipped.
A few days later Matt(?) called to say the machine was on backorder for several weeks to months. I asked that the travel case be shipped and the machine order be canceled.
Website status messages could be improved for clarity.
I received an email at 9:15 this morning to confirm receipt. I was expecting, and did receive, the travel case today. It was delivered about 2:30. Bag looks great.”
