“I bought this machine less than 2 years ago - it started with a damaged table - that they replaced after a dozen requests - then no manual - and no help - I didn't even know if I threaded it correctly. No a little more than a year - with probably less than 20 hours on the machine it is throwing error codes and the foot pedal will not work. I have tried and tried to get someone to help. Their only suggestion is to box of this best - that must weigh 80 pounds and send to San Diego. Really!! - Stay away from the Highlead Products - and Sewing Machines Plus for sure!!”
