Water soluble film coated with a unique clear water-soluble adhesive on one side of our dSV stabilizer. Heat is not required to bond this stabilizer to the fabric and it comes off easily.
Can be used in place of the S-I-A for hooping in to keep fabric on the hoop during the embroidery process. It will prevent unsightly stabilizer residue from being visible, creating a "soft feel" for your embroidery.
