Ideal for flawless turned edge applique with sealed edges – check out our project web page to learn this super technique!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003chr\u003e\u003ch2 class=\"smp23\"\u003eDirections for Use and Care\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cdiv class=\"dbox\"\u003e  \u003cdiv class=\"dcol2\"\u003e  \u003ch4\u003eFor stabilizing a T-shirt quilt block:\u003c\/h4\u003e  \u003cul\u003e   \u003cli\u003eTo extend glue stick, hold the fluted grip and turn the barrel clockwise.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003eLightly press the glue stick to edge of fabric and guide along length.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003ePress down the top fabric to adhere the two pieces.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003eAlways replace cap to avoid the glue stick drying out.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003eSee illustrations below for inserting refills.\u003c\/li\u003e  \u003c\/ul\u003e  \u003c\/div\u003e  \u003cdiv class=\"dcol2\"\u003e  \u003ch4\u003eFor stabilizing embroidery on knit:\u003c\/h4\u003e  \u003cul\u003e   \u003cli\u003eCut Select Cutaway at least one inch larger than the size of the embroidery frame intended for use.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003ePlace the fusible side of Select Cutaway to the wrong side of the fabric or garment. *If the design is dense or large, place a second layer at a 45 degree angle, directly over the first piece.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003eCover the Select Cutaway with a pressing cloth or piece of cotton.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003ePress using a medium iron temperature (wool).\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003ePlace the now stabilized fabric within the hoop and stitch.\u003c\/li\u003e   \u003cli\u003eOnce the embroidery is complete, pull the stabilizer back to the design and trim away the excess. It may be necessary to reheat the stabilizer in order for it to release from the fabric.\u003c\/li\u003e  \u003c\/ul\u003e  \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\u003ch4\u003eWasher and Dryer Safe\u003c\/h4\u003e\u003cp\u003eCool water and low drying temperature recommended. Press using a low to medium setting on your iron and press cloth.
