For quilters and sewers that need extra support for their quilts and sewing, the model 810Q is a great choice. While it has the wider cabinet design that accommodates the larger quilting, embroidery and sewing machines like the 810 cabinet, the 810Q has an extra fold-up (or down) leaf to instantly extend the surface right where it’s needed – in the back.
This model is the same as the model 810, except it has a quilting extension. It also has a larger area to accommodate larger quilting and sewing machines.

Each Sylvia sewing cabinet features the ease of the Rudersburg lift to move your machine to the desired position. Imported from Germany, this high quality lift has 3 different heights that are fully adjustable for your brand and model of sewing machine. The lift effortlessly raises your sewing machine or serger from the bottom closed position to the flat sewing position.
Sylvia finishes are durable, heat, scuff, scratch and stain resistant. Choose from any of the six beautifully rich colors that Sylvia has to offer: Sunset Cherry, Mahogany Clove, Brown Pearwood, Teak, Castle Oak, or White with Oak trim. Every Sylvia cabinet is completely finished front to back, inside and out. Choose your finish in the dropdown.

This optional extension is placed in the front of the cabinet to provide more support and more surface area (over 5 square feet!) just where a quilter would want it, in front and to the left of the machine. No more pulling of bulky quilts or yardages of fabric as it falls in your lap or to the left side of the cabinet.
