How TechSew Industrial Machines Are Shipped and Packaged

Techsew industrial machine heads are packed in a secured box or crate and will be shipped under the assembled table on a skid or pallet. The customer is responsible for installing the machine head into the table, connecting the motor belt/ belt guard and assembling the thread tree using the included hardware. To receive additional aid, TechSew has a few videos on their YouTube page that can help or call and SMP representative who can assist you through the process.

Disclaimer: Due to the weight of the table with motor, there might be some minor marring or scratches due to shipping. This is normal when shipping industrial machines because of the weight associated with the items. Some machines may be subject to additional freight shipping where the machine is shipped via a crate due to the size and weight. View our freight policy here.

All TechSew Machines are made to order. Cancelations of orders must occur within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been received at the Manufactory and production has started no cancelations will be allowed. Due to the weight, packing and shipping method No Returns will be allowed.

The Techsew 5100 leather stitcher is the ultimate sewing machine designed for sewing a wide range of leather products. Additionally it is also great for non-leather work applications such as tie down straps, boat/car covers, orthopaedics, thick paper binding, parachute harnesses, tarps, vinyl, canvas, synthetics, heavy webbing and more.

The 5100 is equipped with the most powerful variable speed motor in the industry, the Techsew SmartServo motor, which features 1 HP and 16 different speed settings up to 1800RPM. This motor allows the user to sew stitch by stitch if desired while still maintaining enough power and torque to sew through thick materials up to 7/8". Additionally, a speed reducer is used in combination with the SmartServo motor for added power and speed control. This system is ideal for beginner, intermediate and expert sewers as well.
