“This machine is a woriker. Mine is barely a month old and already is going on 50 hrs. What does that tell you. I am exploring every avenue of this machines abilities, and yet has to let me down in proformance. Embroidering is unbelievable, simply perfect. A fantastic investement for someones home crafting designs.”

“The Viking Designer Diamond is an incredible machine...it simply does everything well and allows a person to get as creative as they dream to be. I have five sewing machines and use the Diamond almost exclusively. The touch screen is clear with vibrant colors, the user interface is straight-forward and easy to use, the embroidery stitching is precise and trouble free...and speaking of stitches, you'll never run out of options with all the choices. The Diamond is a solid machine that will not disappoint...an elegant workhorse!”

“The Husqvarna Viking Designer Diamond does it all, and then some! From basic sewing assistance with the on board sewing advisor to the amazing interactive screen to program my embroideries... there's NOTHING I cannot do with this machine!I love the fact that my machine comes with owner's classes with the retailer i bought it from, am incredibly impressed with the over 18 hours of instruction included with my Designer Diamond and knowing I can retake my classes as many time as I need to in order to "get it right" without having to pay again, makes what some might see as a not so frugal purchase worth the extra investment! Janet is an amazing instructor and you can always give her a call if you have any questions.”

“I have owned Viking sewing machines for over 30 years, and I still love them. The Diamond is a true gem. The stitching is perfect. I love the presser foot that automatically goes down when you sew and comes back up when you are done. The added space in the throat is great for my quilting. There are many more new decorative stitches than my previous machines had. There is also a large library of embroidery designs that comes with the machine. I am glad that I upgraded from the Designer I. There is a lot more flexibility in using embroidery designs in other formats, too.”

“I need to know more about the machine and what it will do. I also need to know what the price of the machine is. Sewing is my hobby, life, business, etc. I have worn my Singer Slantamatic out since 1961. It has paid for itself many times. I understand this one will also. However, I do not need a lot of the additions. I sew, embroider, edge (but fear the serger is a separate machine). I trust Viking has it all in one now. I gather and pleat, but the Singer attachments were too much trouble, as was the buttonhole maker. I like to work with as much simplicity as possible built in.”
