GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the SMP Virtual Quilting Festival, 2021!
We are excited to offer a 6-day celebration of quilts and their makers. During the online quilt festival, and throughout the contest we will be holding giveaways and collecting entries for the grand prize, a Dream Studio!

Terms and Conditions *be sure to check to accept at bottom of form.
- Images become the property of the show sponsor for publicity and/or publication.
- Limit 2 entries, per person.
- By signing-up you agree to be added to our Newsletter.
- Quilt must not have been submitted in a *national level show. *Quilts Inc, AQS, etc.
- Quilt must have been completed after Jan 1, 2019.
- Prize winners will be notified via email, on March 20, 2021.
- Submission of quilt registration signifies agreement with these conditions.
- VQF reserves the right to remove inappropriate entries for any reason

What are the dates?

How big should my pictures be?
PICTURES must be shot at high resolution + under 10 MB.

What is the process for entering?
Our celebrity judges will carefully consider a Best of Show award. There will also be a People’s Choice award. All quilt entries require 5 photographic submissions and an artisit’s statement.
Who will be judging?
Contestants will enter their quilts into competition via photographic entries. See our Judges bio page for more information about the all-star panelist line-up!
What might I win?
The Judge’s (Best in Show) and People’s choice winners will each win a $7,000 quilting package! We will announce the Dream Studio winner on Saturday, along with other winners of the quilt competition prizes.
What is the Festival?
We will be live streaming a quilting celebration, for 6 days, 7 hours a day after the open voting period! Come back here or join us on Facebook or YouTube live, each day. Our judges and hosts will be showcasing quilting notions and equipment as well as sharing tips and tricks, some history and master classes!
What is the Dream Studio and who can enter to win it?
We will be giving away a Dream Home Studio to one lucky viewer worth $50,000. Anyone who submits an email to follow the contest will be automatically entered
