We know the care and pride our customers have in their equipment, so we take care of your machines as if they were our own. We also know that your projects are often time sensitive, so we pride ourselves in getting you back to sewing & quilting as quickly as possible. For walk-ins your estimated turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.
Master Mechanics are also available by phone Monday through Friday to answer any questions you have and help & advise you in any basic issues you are experiencing with your machine or help to determine if service is needed. Please allow 24 hours for returned calls or messages.
