What is a Refurbished, Factory Serviced or Pre-Loved Machine?

  • Generally, a refurbished sewing machine or refurbished embroidery machine is open box equipment that was used as a demo model in our retail store or a show, or was a purchase returned to us or the manufacturer.
  • Our in-house tech team then takes the machines apart, rebuilds and replaces parts as needed, repairs, tests and then thoroughly cleans the machine.
  • We then back up our service work with a limited 6 month warranty.
  • Refurbished gear will most likely not include the original manufacturer packaging and may not include any non-essential manufacturer-provided accessories.
