Serger Bootcamp with Sue Green-Baker - October 15th-17th 2015, 9AM-5PM 3-Day Evolution and Ovation Baby Lock Serger Training

Join Sue for 3 fun, filled days of Serger Boot Camp to learn the Baby Lock Evolution & Ovation Sergers in and out! You will learn how to use the Evolution/Ovation serger from the basics to advanced techniques. Top of the line Baby Lock Sergers will be furnished for your use in class if you don’t already own one! You will say, “I didn’t know I could do that on a serger!”

Each student will given a CD with the 3 workbook PDF files that are fully illustrated with color photos. Students can print or save workbooks to your laptop, iPad, Notebook, Nook, Kindle... and bring to class and complete to take home! The 3 workbooks have over 100 pages of Step - By - Step instructions! Event fees also include all the fabrics needed each day to make all the workbook samples! Priority wil be given to customers who do not currently own an Ovation Serger.

  • Pen or Pencil for Adding Notes to Your Workbooks
  • Four Cones of MaxiLock Serger Thread - Any Color
  • Small Sharp Embroidery Scissors (for example: Gingher G4 Embroidery Scissors)
  • Straight Pins
  • Fabric Marking Pencil or Pen
  • One 2” or 3” Binder for Workbook Pages and Samples
  • 100~150 Clear Sheet Protectors for Binders
  • 3 Decorative Threads, Any Color (Examples: Pearl Crown Rayon, Candlelight by YLI or Glamor by MadeiraWoolly Poly or Woolly Nylon, a machine embroidery rayon or polyester thread.
  • Bring the printed CD PDF workbook pages.
  • (Workbook pages may also be brought to class on a Laptop, Notebook, IPad, Kindle, Nook etc.)
  • Fabrics and notions packets will be handed out each day
