I have to say, I was a little nervous about making such a big investment in a new sewing machine, but from the moment I started using it, I knew I had made the right choice. This machine is AMAZING!
What impressed me most is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The controls are straightforward, the machine runs so smoothly, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. I didn’t have to spend hours trying to figure out how to get started—I was sewing and creating almost immediately!
The stitching is beautiful, the machine feels solid and incredibly well-built, and it handles everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. I especially love how smoothly it feeds the fabric and how much control I have while sewing.
And can we talk about how QUIET and SMOOTH this machine is?! 😍 It makes sewing feel effortless and honestly makes me want to sit down and sew all day!

I didn’t understand how it works to realize it has to be charged via USB instead of plugging into electric so I haven’t used it yet as I don’t have a charger in my sewing studio. Neutral for now since I haven’t used it.
I have made close to 100 quilts. Warm and Natural is the only batting I use on my quilts. It’s just like it says. Warm and Natural. I also liked the fact that you sent it so quickly. This quilt I’m making is a birthday present. Thank you for your fast and professional service.
Product is excellent…always like using the 80/20 batt. Quilting is very easy…low score only because this product took 47 days to get to Hawai’i.
I bought this machine about 6 years ago and love it. I have made many quilts with it since and never had a problem that wasn’t my own fault🤣

Did not work on Baby Lock Flare and I specifically asked for FLARE in the little chat thing and was told yes it would. Have had help with returning it - and yes it was opened (the box so seal broken) because I THOUGHT it would work (as told) until I saw it. never taken out of bag inside the box.
Whoever was giving information on chat needs to learn what is right and wrong -- so customers don't have to send back and lose $$ in shipping. Lady helping me learn how to return was very good.
I’ve worked with it before. I prefer it over Bosal. When it’s packaged, there are creases needing steaming out. Soft and Stable does that with no problem. Bosal needs more work to get the wrinkles out and it has a slight odor, too.
I just finished my half done quilt on my Baby Lock Presto 2 and I love it! It’s everything I wanted in a machine.
I have no idea because I haven't received the correct cover yet and no one will return my calls. I've called twice about an exchange and haven't gotten a call back yet.
Very comfortable. I didn’t know it came from Canada. Customerservice was great I had to order wheels. It came with stand still legs.
It's a great bag. I had seen someone with it at a quilting retreat and fell in love with the colors. Can't wait to put it to use.
