The machine works very well . It was quite an adjustment to thread. I have used Bernina s since the 1980s. I have still not figured out the needle threader. One improvement i would suggest..a better light source.

Getting 1/4 inch seams correctly was a major challenge for me until I got this foot.
Maybe this is a good machine, at least it was for the first week that it worked. Then the pedal stopped working, and we talked to SewingMachinesPlus for an analysis concluding that yes, the pedal had failed and they would be sending us a new one.
That was two months ago. Now when we call we are constantly told that the supplier is taking a while, they'll call when they have more news, they'll get us a tracking number soon, but nothing happens.
In the meantime we get emails from the customer care department asking us how we're liking our new machine, and would we like to buy any supplies that users often quickly run out of? If the people within a department don't communicate with each other, no wonder it's taking so long!
Might be a good machine, but I would recommend finding a different dealer!

The product itself is wonderful. What is not is the advertised "assembled on delivery.," Nearly 5 hours to assemble, & correctly calibrate the hydraulic gas lift feature!
My wife ordered a $1300 cabinet that arrived broken. I called and they said I had to handle it with Arrow (the manufacturer). Arrow said they would replace it, but then ghosted me. After weeks of calls and emails, I finally got ahold of a real person and Arrow said SMP’s account is on hold and they won’t ship me the replacement part, but they would “explore other options.” Now I’m left with a broken sewing cabinet and I’m out $1300. DO NOT BUY FROM SEWING MACHINES PLUS OR ARROW SEWING CABINETS!!!

Great product. Advertised as "assembled" - false! Four dedicated hours by a seasoned pro with good tools. Minimal written instruction Esp re: the gas hydraulic lift feature. Love it now that's done, but it cost $400 extra to get to enjoy it.

Machine was good but dealing with the merchant not so much.
I could have made it for a LOT less. Not to mention, it can't handle XL (or larger) shirts. VERY disappointed.
It looks like it will be awesome. Just got it together. Now the big test. Hopefull wont have any tension problems.
I'm very happy with this sewing machine. I'm using it to sew thick webbing for dog gear and it works perfectly. I have sewed multiple things and never have had to change the tension. The sewing machine came with everything as well as a fabric test sample with some of the stitches which was really nice to see what they looked like.
I'm hoping this machine will last me a while and I have a feeling it will.
Beautiful quality sewing machine cabinet. Just received mine and love it 😍. Bought the extra storage cabinet too. Nice set up. Fits my big Bernina 990 sewing machine.
I bought mine several years ago from y’all and I absolutely love it. It is truly my ‘go to’ machine for quilt piecing. The stitching is perfect and the servo motor is ready for everything from slow precision stitching to super fast stitching and every thing in between with absolutely no vibration like my more expensive machines that are portable … It is truly my favorite. My daughter will enjoy it long after I’m gone!
