We used camouflage fabrics as appliqué on these and it turned out great, most of the designs use small amounts of appliqué so it is a great way to utilize your small scraps of fabric. I used an interesting technique when digitizing the animals in this collection. I like to refer to it as camouflage embroidery, the bear, dogs and deer are all created using 3-4 colors of tonal thread and the effect is a lifelike silhouette that blends right into the background. Most of the large design come in multiple sizes. We will show you below how we created these designs using traditional American hunting colors, or how we also made these designs in Grey scale!"
