The 400 series cabinet is perfect for the sewer who needs room for her sewing machine and serger, but doesn't have a huge room to put them all in. The cabinet is uniquely shaped like an "L"; this shape allows it to nestle in the corner of your room. This configuration makes the most of any room's square footage by using normally un-used corner space. The cabinet's air-lift mechanism raises and lowers your sewing machine into place with a simple push. The mechanism is adjustable for all types of sewing machine base heights. The caddy offers a place to set your serger when in use and also doubles as a storage unit for the serger and other sewing items. One large leaf for sewing space, 4 accessory trays on the door, a recessed compartment in the top and snag-free hinges are just some of the features of this dual-purpose sewing cabinet. The clean white finish complements any decor. The cabinet's furniture edges and ceramic handles allows your cabinet to brighten any room.

The cabinet ships in 3 boxes and is assembled using a hammer, a screwdriver, a wrench and about 2 hours worth of time. Arrow also offers a toll-free number if you need help.

Machine-specific inserts are ordered separately and will arrive after you receive your cabinet - can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture. Quilt leaf extension are also available to create additional work space off the back of the cabinet.

Curious if your sewing machine will fit in the cabinet? Double-check your machine's measurements with the ones listed here. Measurements cannot exceed 8 1/2" front-to-back, 17 3/8" wide and 13 1/8" tall. The serger platform will only accommodate a serger no larger than 12 1/2" wide.

These are the known machines that will not work - there may be more. The only guaranteed way to confirm that a machine will work in these cabinets is to measure it.

A custom insert cannot be made for the Viking Designer Diamond, Designer SE; 830, 850, & 870 Sapphire; and Designer Topaz 20 & Designer Topaz 30.
