HCD3e SERVO DRIVE EMBROIDERY MACHINE

The 15-needle HCD3 is nearly identical to the HCD3e, which is our best-selling, full-sized, heavy-duty commercial single-head embroidery machine. The HCD3 shares the same general specifications as the HCD3e, including sewing field size and maximum operating speeds (1200spm), along with the heavy-duty drive system. HCD3 takes it all to the next level with a more advanced servo drive system, which increases efficiency and smoothness at higher operating speeds. The servo drive also improves the machine’s ability to produce quality stitching on more challenging types of materials.

Includes an upgraded servo drive system

The servo drive upgrade takes the already-successful design of the HCD3-series to the next level. With its servo motors being inherently more efficient and smoother at higher operating speeds, the HCD3-1501 is a machine transformed. More comfortable at the higher end of its speed range, the HCD3 not only offers a small, but significant productivity advantage over a similar stepper-driven machine, but it also accomplishes this while consuming less power and generating less heat. This makes the HCD3-1501 shine in the most challenging operating environments. The servo motors’ greater torque at high speeds also provides a noticeable advantage on more challenging garments, such as popular trucker-style caps, 3d puff embroidery, and thicker items.
