The 15-needle HCD3e-X1501 is the extended-field version of the HCD3e-1501, providing a true 47.23″wide x 15.74″high sewing field.
The 15-needle HCD3e-X1501 is provides unique capabilities for embroiderers needing a large, continuous, flat sewing area, with a very large sewing field (max 47.24″w x 15.74″h) Included with the machine is the very large sash frame that allows the machine to sew designs to the full 47.24″ x 15.74″, plus appropriate center and side support tables to support the large frame, all with quick-attach/quick-release hardware so that the machine can easily be set up for other common applications. The HCD3e-X1501 retains the ability to sew on smaller goods, just like the HCD3e-1501, including ballcaps, shirts, jackets, hoodies, and more.
The HCD3e-X1501 provides an incredible continuous sewing field of 1,200mm x 400mm, or 47.25″ x 15.74″ ! Included with the machine is an extended length X-carriage and border frame, plus center and side support tables to enable you to embroider large flat goods in a single sew-out. Popular applications of the HCD3e-X1501 include embroidery on bed linens, large areas of quilting, or multiple, multiple patches done in a single pass. The HCD3e-X1501 also retains the same capabilities as the HCD3e-1501 to embroider on a wide variety of items including ballcaps, shirts, hoodies, jackets and more. Its repositionable arms accommodate all hoops that are compatible with the HCD3-series 15-needle single-head machines, and the same wide-field cap sewing capability.
The repositionable arms allow the machine to accommodate the same hoops as the standard-field HCD3e-1501, allowing you to also embroider on popular items such as shirts, jackets, hoodies, beanies and more.
With some of the simplest, lightest maintenance requirements in the industry, HCD3e minimizes downtime and maximizes production time. Coupled with auto error correction and onboard help, the HCD3e easily becomes the most popular machine in the embroidery shop.
