To celebrate 250 years of American craftsmanship, STAHLS’ has proudly released a special-edition MAXX® hat press. Manufactured in the USA, designed for tapping into headwear opportunities, and priced to help decorators grow, this machine is built for print on demand performance.
Make decorating headwear of all shapes, styles, and sizes easier with optional cap heat press platens.
Every material has a recipe to follow for a perfect application and the digital time and temperature readout helps provide accurate results and ensures a seamless print with every press.
A center pressure adjustment, coupled with a floating heat platen, ensures a "no-pinch" application result regardless of hat thickness.
American craftsmanship, laser-quality steel, and a scratch-resistant finish ensure your press outperforms cheap imports, protects your business, and meets top safety standards.
Keep hats taut and securely in place on the lower platen during heat application to ensure proper adhesion and reliable results every time.
