“I'm pleased with the chair. There was a small problem with the assembly but it was easily solved by customer service. I am a little dismayed however that such an expensive chair does not come with better assembly and adjustment instructions by the manufacturer. It took a few days in order to figure out exactly how to adjust the chair for my needs. I even tried looking on-line for more specifics but to no avail.”

“The chair is great!!! However, when it arrived it didn't have assembly instructions. Sewing Machines Plus was contacted both by phone and e-mail asking for help. The person on the phone knew of no one who could help. Finally a week later Kathy called in response to the e-mail. At least by then we had gotten the chair together with the help of a sewing machine company in the Midwest. I truly hope if you order this chair from Sewing Machines Plus it comes with written instructions.”
