It centers the batting strip on the fabric strip as you sew eliminating the need for time-consuming and tedious pinning. It works with both 2-1/2" batting strips and our 1-1/4" batting strips.
The 1-1/4" wide poly batting strip is perfect for making jelly roll rugs, placemats, coasters, purse handles - and more! Because this batting strip is half the width of other batting strips, you save a lot of time and effort doing the turning to make the tube. Plus, the poly material provides a firmer, thicker and more uniform fill consistency than cotton. And, you don't have to use a jean/denim needle. Roll is 1-1/4" wide and 20 yards long.
