The Slimline 1 is a low-profile, rail mounted clamping system. There are (9) available window sizes ranging from 2.5” round up to a 6.5”x 5.5” rectangle window. The Slimline 1 is the perfect choice for embroidering smaller, difficult to hoop items like purses, lunch bags, knit caps, Christmas stockings and much more!
There are (9) different window sizes to choose from with the Slimline 1 Clamping System. Each window set comes with (1) bottom yellow base, (1) silver top window, and (1) yellow top window. The yellow top window is for thin fabrics and the silver top window is for thicker materials. All window sets quickly and easily install onto the chassis; no tools required.
The 6.5″×5.5″ window is our most popular (3) piece window set. The large sewing field makes it popular for larger designs and for the left chest on heavy jackets.
The 4.5″×4.5″ window is a (3) piece window set that works well in shallow pockets and along the edges of bags. It is also popular for straps, dog collars, name tags and karate belts.
The 5.5″×3.5″ window is a (3) piece window set that is a nice size for general logo work. It will fit into many pockets sizes and still allows for a generous work area. It is the perfect window for sewing on knit hats and Christmas stockings.
The 3.5″×5.5″ is a (3) piece window set that is deeper than it is wide. This window works well with long vertical designs and fits well into narrow pockets and sleeves.
The 2.5”x 4.5” window is our smallest rectangular (3) piece window set for the Slim Line 1. It can be used for small designs in tight places, like small purse pockets, glove backs, knit shirt pockets.
The 5.5” Round is a (3) piece window set that can be used like a 13 cm round, but it works best for the back of cap. The round shape fits the crown of the cap and allows for a large sewing field.
The 2.5” Round is a (3) piece window set which can be used for monogramming and initials in small areas.
The Hat Side Left window is designed for sewing on the left side panel of the cap. The cutaway in the window allows for the bill material so that you can sew closer to the edge.
The Hat Side Right window is designed for sewing on the right side panel of the cap. The cutaway in the window allows for the bill material so that you can sew closer to the edge.
