We have designed and built a quilting frame that is a table that can be used with a home sewing machine or a Nolting Fun Quilter or Maq 14 Machine for home use as well as industrial use. Our quilting frame is called the Ultra Quilter. It is constructed of hardwood oak, there are no tools needed for setup and it can be folded down for easy storage. The Ultra Quilter can come in a Standard design which is the complete table and frame or it can come in the Deluxe design which is also the complete table and frame but it adds an overhead light set up for it.
Bradley Quilt Company has created the Ultra Quilter for quilt lovers. This wood quilt frame allows you to machine quilt your quilts in the comfort of your own home and with your own sewing machine. The Ultra Quilter is designed in such a fashion that you can simply use a standard sewing machine to professionally quilt your own quilt creations. This is a must-have for anyone that treasures quilts. The Ultra Quilter is hand made out of oak with a natural finish and designed to be operated either sitting or standing, from front to back. This user friendly quilter requires no special training and no tools for setup. The 3/4” steel tubing holds the quilt in place while your sewing machine sits on the carriage that moves along the quilt. A light and light attachment is added for increased visibility. The Ultra Quilter is professional, affordable and makes all your creations a masterpiece. With the Ultra Quilter you can quilt approximately a 68” quilt on a 6 ft. Ultra Quilter and a 92” quilt on the 8 ft. quilter. The Ultra Quilter comes with its own table and can quickly be contained for storage in a closet or under a bed. This shows the full workstation with a quilt turned down and the optional cutting board. This view is illustrating the set up for hand quilting. The rack is rotated 180° from the standard quilting position. An then turned to a more comfortable angle.
