Consew chairs are designed for individuals less than 264 (120 kg), except the K50 style which is warranted for individuals up to 330 lbs (150kg). Exceeding these limits will void the warranty. All Consew chairs carry a 1 year warranty on all working parts (metal or plastic) and is conditional only in respect to abuses. During this period, Consew will replace any broken part of parts unless obvious abuse created the parts failure. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The seat and seat back fabric are warranted for the same 1 year period against unusual fabric wear but is subject to inspection based on fabric cuts and/or punctures.
