Someone from your company called and informed us that the color we originally ordered was sold out, and asked if gray would be acceptable. We agreed to the gray color. However, what we received was a completely different chair and in gray — not the model we ordered.
We then received an email stating the return was processed, but no return label was attached. We had to call back to request the label. The communication throughout this process has been poor and has caused unnecessary time, stress, and inconvenience on our end.
This order was nearly $400, and the mistake was not ours. On top of that, we now have to drop off the return ourselves, with no pickup arranged.
Given these issues, we are not confident in placing future orders with your company, especially since we are a business and rely on accurate fulfillment and clear communication.
Please advise on how you plan to resolve this matter.
