What are Factory Serviced products?
We are able to offer incredible savings on some products that are available factory serviced. Factory serviced items have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons including: returns to the retail store of purchase, items with a cosmetic blemish, demonstration units and items with slight defects. In addition, new items that are overstocks are labeled factory serviced. In all instances, the product is shipped to the factory, inspected, restored to original factory specifications if required, tested and repackaged. These products cannot be sold as new, so they are considered "factory serviced". Because of the rigorous inspection and testing process, the defect rate of factory serviced products is actually much lower than that on items sold new.

Introducing the PLATINUM™ Q160 by Husqvarna Viking, a stationary quilting machine designed to make free-motion quilting an exciting step in your creative process. The machine can stitch as fast as your imagination moves, with up to 2,100 stitches per minute. The smooth surface of the table allows your project to glide freely under the needle, while the extra-large machine space provides ample room for large projects.
The PLATINUM™ Q160 is equipped with best-in-class lighting, offering an excellent view of your project. The LED light ring around the needle and the LED lighting built into the C space ensure a clear view of your work. The machine also includes a range of project tools directly on your screen, such as a built-in project timer and stitch counter. Additional features include built-in diagnostics, a 4-thread spool stand, a large capacity bobbin, a stand-alone bobbin winder, a professional size workspace, and a needle up/down function. The PLATINUM™ Q160 is the tool you need to bring your quilting projects to life.
