Guidelines 4 Quilting - Guide Lock Strips

The guide lock strips ensure that the 24" fabric guide stays perfectly lined up as you slide up to the fabric's edge from a single piece to multiple layers. Guide Lock Strips are not removable. Get extra strips if you get a new 24" ruler or have more than one to begin with.

Attach them underneath your 24" ruler. Then clip the 24" Fabric Guide on also underneath the ruler. Slide the Guide to the line you want. The textured strips keep the 24" Guide from shifting in the middle, so the Guide will stay perfectly straight on the line you set it to, no matter how much fabric you butt it up against, ensuring accurate cutting every time.
