Stitchin' Sisters Quilt Retreat 2020 Sept 23-26, 2020

How fun will it be to spend 3 1/2 days with these 2 sets of nationally recognized and renowned quilting sisters.

Jenny and Helen are the creators of the Quick Curve Ruler (QCR) which was developed to make cutting curves fast, easy and consistent. The QCR technique of CUT-SEW-SQUARE-UP allows for working with the bias, and the square-up step ensures blocks are consistent for piecing the final product. And guess what? You will receive their newly designed QCR with your quilt kit. These sister are both beautiful long-arm quilters as well and your half day class with them will be a demo on ideas for quilting the quilt that they will be teaching you. At this retreat they will be teaching their Posh Blossom pattern shown below. Complete quilt kit will be provided and fabric color way will be similar to the pattern shown below.

Mary and Barb took their first quilt class together and decided that they had both found their sister passion. They started their own quilt shop and found that designing and sewing samples for the shop was more fun than could be imagined. Eventually, they sold the store and focused all of their efforts on designing quilt patters and Me and My Sister Designs came to be. Besides designing patterns, they now have a Moda fabric line and their own ruler, the Double Wide Dresden. And, you guessed it ! You will not only receive the ruler, but pattern, and quilt kit with their new Moda fabric line Back Porch. In their mini-class you will make their very popular 2 Fat Quarter Basket carry all.
