25 Year Limited Warranty on Singer Machines

LIMITED 25-YEAR WARRANTY SEWING MACHINE HEAD The sewing machine head and any of its parts other than those covered by either of the separate warranties below or those subject to normal wear and tear are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in the sewing machine head or in its parts other than those parts covered below or those subject to normal wear and tear within 25 years of purchase, we will provide free replacement parts, but at your cost for labor. However, for one (1) year from date of purchase, we will repair any manufacturing defect in your sewing machine without charge to you for parts or labor.

LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY MOTORS, LIGHT ASSEMBLY, WIRING, SWITCHES, SPEED CONTROL AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS The electric parts of the sewing machine are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in these parts within five years of purchase, we will provide free replacement parts, but at your cost for labor. However, for one (1) year from date of purchase, we will repair any manufacturing defect in your sewing machine without charge to your for parts or labor.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY ADJUSTMENTS, BELTS, RINGS, BULBS, ATTACHMENTS Within one (1) year of purchase, we will provide required adjustments, and replace defective belts, light bulbs, or attachments at no charge. We will repair any manufacturing defect, which appears in your sewing machine within 1 year from date of purchase without charge to you for parts or labor.

GENERAL These warranties may only be used by the original consumer owner of the sewing machine. They are not transferable to any subsequent owners. Service under these warranties may only be obtained within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii.

Service under the above warranties may be obtained by returning the sewing machine with this warranty document and proof of purchase to the Authorized SINGER® Sewing Specialty Retailer from whom the machine was purchased or to a SINGER® SERVICE CENTER. Please consult the enclosed list of centers or contact the Singer Sewing Company to obtain the location nearest you.

This sewing machine is warranted only in normal household (non-commercial) use. These warranties do not cover failures caused by abuse, lack of maintenance in accordance with Singer Sewing Company care and cleaning instructions, misuse, or events beyond our control. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Any implied warranty, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applicable to this sewing machine is limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. Singer Sewing Company shall not be liable for consequential economic damages resulting from breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. How to use the box as a thread rack:

1. Pull all colors needed for embroidery design. Place spools in thread chambers in color order, working left to right on each side.

2. Pull each thread up from its chamber and through its corresponding thread guide. For best results thread must feed from the outside of spool.

3. Close the doors and stand up the box on its base to the right of the machine.

4. Grasping all threads at once, clip ends to even using the built-in thread cutters.

5. Thread machine with first color and begin stitching, repeat for each color. Thread should feed from right side of box, up and through guides, and directly into your machine.

6. Rotate box to access second set of chambers on reverse side. Guides can be threaded from both sides if you are using both sides of box.
