We have sewing experts standing by 8am-6pm M-F PST and Saturdays 10am-5pm PST to answer any questions that you may have regarding your machine. All you have to do is call in and ask to speak with an expert who can walk you through some features on your machine.

This is why you should always buy from an authorized sewing machine dealer instead of a "Big Box" store like Walmart or Amazon. If you have trouble with your machine all they can do is let you return it for a refund or exchange. And most times the shipping costs will be on YOUR dime so you lost money!
